EXO Edge is looking for a fresher/experienced legal associate to join our Legal Team on a contractual basis for a 1 month project. As an Associate, you will be primarily involved in perform document coding and indexing legal documents for processing. This is an immediate requirement and looking at someone who can join immediately.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
**Primarily focused on**:

- Document coding and indexing legal documents for processing
- Data capture, determining physical or logical breaks in each document, optical character recognition, bibliographic coding

**Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities**:

- Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
- Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Keeping himself/herself abreast on information security policies

**Bringing in the below experience**:

- Familiarity with legal terminology
- Should have good reading speed and accurate typing skills to enter data into a computerized system
- Experience of working in Relativity preferred
- Even Freshers can apply

**Technically sound in**:

- Document Review
- Contract Management
- Legal Research
- Experience using Legal technology tools like Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, etc.

**Based at**:

- Anywhere across India but open to working from our Mohali office
