QA Tester

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring their resolution and proper closure.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software stability and reliability.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and improve overall software quality.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in software testing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting.
