Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Planning and Instruction:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate math lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and activities to introduce math concepts in engaging ways that foster curiosity and understanding.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those who require additional support or advanced challenges.
- Classroom Management:

- Establish a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a growth mindset.
- Set clear expectations and classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility, and collaboration among students.
- Effectively manage student behavior, using positive reinforcement and appropriate classroom management techniques.
- Assessment and Feedback:

- Design and administer assessments to monitor student understanding of math concepts and skills.
- Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions and provide individualized support where necessary.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their math progress and celebrate their achievements.
- Student Engagement and Development:

- Encourage a love of learning and enthusiasm for math by incorporating hands-on activities, games, and technology into lessons.
- Support the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through engaging math tasks and challenges.
- Foster student confidence and resilience when tackling math problems, helping them overcome math anxiety or misconceptions.
- Collaboration and Professional Development:

- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate math instruction with cross-curricular projects and themes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with best practices, and explore new math instructional strategies.
- Share best practices and resources with colleagues to contribute to the school’s overall academic goals.
- Parent Communication and Engagement:

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, classroom activities, and ways to support math learning at home.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences, meetings, and school events to discuss student performance and foster positive relationships with families.
- Provide resources and suggestions to parents to help them reinforce math skills outside the classroom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹12,420.83 - ₹43,151.32 per month
