**Job Title**
Drone Instructor
The Drone Instructor will be responsible for conducting training programs focused on small-category drone operations as part of Salam Kisan’s Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO). This role requires a high level of instructional quality, ensuring compliance with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on small-category drone operations per DGCA syllabus.
- **Material Preparation**: Develop training materials and presentations aligned with RPTO guidelines.
- **Assessment**: Conduct evaluations to ensure trainees meet required competencies.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and certification outcomes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure safe drone operation during practical training sessions, adhering to safety protocols.
- **Feedback and Guidance**: Provide personalized feedback and support to trainees throughout the training course.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on DGCA regulations and best practices related to small-category drones.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks related to RPTO, including training schedules and reporting.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field; drone-related certifications preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in drone operations, with at least 1 year in a training or instructional capacity.
- **Certifications**:
- Valid Drone Instructor Certificate,
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) for small-category drones.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of small-category drones and DGCA guidelines.
- Ability to engage and create a positive learning environment.
- High attention to safety and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
