**Job Title**: Restaurant Manager

**Position Overview**: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a smooth and efficient environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle various operational tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure the restaurant meets operational standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers by maintaining high standards of service and food quality.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and daily financial reconciliations.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise, motivate, and lead the restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations (e.g., health and safety, labor laws).
- Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team performance.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Coordinate special events, promotions, and seasonal menus to drive sales.
- Maintain an active online and social media presence for customer engagement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation procedures to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain an understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding restaurant performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on customer trends and industry insights to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage finances, budgets, and staff effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
