UI SSE

Location - Koramangala, Bangalore and Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Contract Length - 6 Months  

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development:

- Translate wireframes and design mockups into functional, visually appealing user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). 
- Optimize UI performance for speed and responsiveness across different devices and browsers. 
- Implement accessibility standards to create inclusive user experiences. 
- Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, and backend developers to align UI with product vision. 
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on UI architecture and best practices. 
- Mentor junior developers on front-end development techniques and coding standards. 
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure UI stability and functionality. 
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization. 
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI related issues in production environments. 
- Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, libraries, and frameworks. 
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related build tools (Webpack, Babel) 
- Understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and accessibility guidelines 

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong Front-End Development Skills:
Extensive experience building complex and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. 
- Design Understanding:
Ability to interpret design mockups and translate them into functional UIs while maintaining visual fidelity. 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, and backend developers. 
- Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve complex UI issues. 
- Leadership and Mentorship:
Experience guiding and coaching junior developers

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
