As an ESG Intern at Husky Technologies, the primary responsibilities will be to provide support with ESG-related customer requests and external ESG rating agencies. The role will also involve coordinating and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for completing SMETA Audits. Furthermore, the intern will be responsible for benchmarking industry ESG best practices and assisting in creating internal communication content to promote understanding and employee engagement in ESG initiatives and strategy. In addition, the ESG intern will actively contribute to Husky Technologies' broader ESG initiatives by helping develop the company's ESG report, gaining hands-on experience in shaping and enhancing the company's overall ESG goals.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Data Collection: Assist in gathering relevant data from various departments and business units within the organization to compile the necessary information for ESG-related requests.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with the EHS team to analyze collected data, identify trends, and contribute to the overall assessment and evaluation of Husky's environmental performance.
- Research: Aid in analyzing ESG-related data, identifying significant ESG trends and insights to support decision-making, and enhancing sustainability performance.
- Internal Communication: Support in the development of internal communication and content to promote understanding and employee engagement of ESG initiatives and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different Global departments to respond to ESG customer requests in a timely manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Passion for ESG and sustainability.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related disciplines).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
- Strong team ethic.
- Positive and flexible attitude.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and disclosures like GRI, SASB, TCFD is a plus.

Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
