About the Role:

- Client and delivery focus - In summary, the Team Lead, is responsible for task management, people management, review of work, manage audits, compliance checks, reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards, allotment of daily activities, escalations if any etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setting, prioritising, and evaluating work in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of all products
- Gather feature requests from both internal or external customers and help them understand the business value of their requests
- Work closely with the Senior Product Owner to deliver the appropriate product features that help make the company vision and product strategy a reality
- Responsible for owning and maintaining the product(s) catalogue of options (including modules or configurable changes)
- Own the short-term product roadmap (1-3 months)
- Work with operational and technology teams to provide advice and recommend best practice use of the recruitment tools.
- Provide specialist Product knowledge and act as point of escalation for incidents that other T&T teams are unable to resolve
- Accountable for an individual product or product range and communicating the short-term product roadmap with stakeholders
- Contribute to projects and business change initiatives where relevant to ensure viability and success
- Ensure global/regional alignment where appropriate
- Ensure high level alignment and consistency between system and business processes with the company’s strategic direction
- Document client product landscapes and understand how to optimize the products within these landscapes
- Work with the Business Partners and other client facing teams to identify opportunities to fully utilize the technology to the benefit of the client and RS teams
- Work closely with the Global Technology & Transformation team to ensure global change control policy is being adhered to and maintained
- Keep product documentation and document library up to date
- Attend product release meetings and attend external events where
- Develop case studies to showcase best practice use of the tools
- Act as an internal resource to provide specialist knowledge to the project implementation team
- Manage the Purchase order process for new technology or annual

renewals
- Implement processes (along with partner manager) to ensure invoice process is agreed.
- Provide guidance and support to pre-sales solution architect necessary

**Qualifications**
- Degree or 3rd level Qualification in IT, Software or relevant experience
- Ideally looking for 8+ years of experience is required
- Looking for all India and Preferred Hyderabad

Experience
- Knowledge of Product Owner role/responsibilities
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Power Platform
- Knowledge of VMS/CRM/ATS/HRIS Management
- Knowledge of peripheral recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of Database systems
- Understanding of Business Workflows
- Business Analysis

Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Good understanding of the recruitment business and/or recruitment process outsourcing
- Confidence to deal with Executive level Directors Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & meet deadlines
