Geneticist

Geneticist Responsibilities:

- Studying and interpreting patients' results accurately.
- Recording research by maintaining records.
- Collaborating effectively with relevant parties and communicating test results to health care professionals.
- Assessing and improving disease and gene panels.
- Engaging in developing and validating new tests.
- Interpreting, reviewing, or approving genetic lab results

documenting their processes and results
- Analyzing genetic data to draw conclusions and publish research

communicating results of findings, for instance at conferences or in scientific journals
- Supervising or directing the work of other geneticists, biologists, technicians or biometricians working on genetics research projects
- Overseeing quality control and setting standards for new tests.
- Ensuring current knowledge of developments in the field of genetics.
- Complying with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Geneticist Requirements:

- PhD in molecular biology, or molecular genetics and genomics.
- MSc. with 2+ years in the field of Geneticist.
- Proficient knowledge of next-generation sequencing technologies.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
