**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect blood and other samples from patients following proper procedures.
- Perform various laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology and pathology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it functions efficiently.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for doctors and medical professionals.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all tests conducted.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and infection.
- Calibrate and validate lab instruments for accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle and store laboratory samples properly to maintain integrity.
- Assist in research and development projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, NABL guidelines and other healthcare standards.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- Certification or license as per local regulatory requirements.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in operating lab equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
