Academic Counselor

**We are Hiring Academic Counselor for our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd for our Internship / Training program.**

**Job Location : Indore(M.P)**

**Experience : - Minimum 6 months on this Academic counseling Or from IT training Institute or from College Academics**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**2. Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.**

**3. Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeeding in achieving the performance goals.**

**5. Participate in the decision-making process for IT student admissions based on Academy policies and guidelines.**

**6. Prepares and presents applicant reports to the Academy management.**

**7. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the Company.**

**8. Maintain regular communication with students to coordinate admission activities and resolve problems.**

**9. Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions, and related activities.**

**10. Coordinate with marketing sources for admission activities, including student registration and testing**

**11. Perform Academy administrative and clerical activities when needed.**

**12) Cold calling on the data given for fresher Hiring and motivate fresher to join our Internship /training program**

**13) Posting of Internship program on different free job portal and Social media channels**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Counsel prospective students and parents on IT courses, IT career paths, and learning opportunities.**:

- **Understand student needs and recommend suitable IT academic programs.**:

- **Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and effective sales strategies.**:

- **Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling sessions to explain program benefits and admission processes.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the student experience.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest IT courses, admission criteria, and education trends.**

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Confidence in talking to students and parents both over the phone and in person.**:

- **Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction.**:

- **Basic knowledge of IT educational programs and the academic ecosystem.**:

- **Good organizational and follow-up skills.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**:

- **Cold calling, mailing, what sapping, Scheduling meeting and Events, workshops, scheduling and attending campus drive to drive fresher to join Internship Program, Making informational Videos, Social Media engagement**
