**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account at Holiday Travel Zone in South Delhi. The Account will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating travel itineraries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for clients.

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Will be responsible for handling Invoicing,
- Will be responsible for handling sale & purchase, stock update
- Able to create excel sheet and maintain accounts.
- Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance.
- Responsible for bookkeeping & monthly closure of overall accounting matters.
- Knowledge of E-Invoicing, TDS & GST workings
- Manage Accounts Receivables & Payables & MIS
- Strong reconciliation skills (Bank, Inter company, Inter branch & Other A/cs)
- Experience of processing vendor payments
- Good conceptual understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience of dealing with auditors & providing input data for internal & statutory audits.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
