**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct testing and analysis of food parameters using a range of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Ensure accuracy and precision of results by adhering to laboratory quality control procedures.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records, including documentation of all testing and analysis performed.
- Communicate results effectively to team members and management.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in method development and validation projects as required.
- Ensure laboratory safety procedures are followed at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation used in food testing and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
