**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and services to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with any post-sales issues or inquiries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduation is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/English.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to handle objections, close sales, and upsell effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think quickly and address customer queries with solutions.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in shifts if required.
