**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a **Telecaller**to lead and coordinate health-related interventions under the **Vriddha Mitra** **Plus**program. They manage inbound/outbound calls for elderly clients, ensuring timely service booking, structured feedback, and app support in line with VM+ standards.

**Job duties and responsibilities**

**Client Handling**:

- Greet and assist callers using approved scripts.
- Confirm service needs, book appointments, and provide app guidance.
- Collect structured feedback post-service.

**Call Management**:

- Target: 30-40 calls/day.
- Maintain call logs with complete details.
- Submit daily report by 6:30 PM.

**App & Service Support**:

- Help clients with app installation and usage.
- Raise IT tickets for unresolved app issues.

**Conduct & Confidentiality**:

- Follow elderly-friendly communication.
- Sign and adhere to confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain a respectful and professional tone.

**Weekly quality checks and feedback sessions.**:

- Step 1: Supervisor
- Step 2: Field/App Team
- Step 3: Service Manager (within 4 hrs for critical cases)

**Required qualifications, experience and skills**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and community health workers.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
