Ensure delivery of agreed conversions / enrollments to various overseas client universities along with working in close quarters to sales and operations team.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of Different country Application processes-Canada, UK, US, Australia, and Ireland (Any 2-3 countries would work)
- Review weekly/monthly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals.
- Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets
- Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics
- Work closely with the leadership in identifying new monetization opportunities and building innovative proposals to ensure business growth
- Monitor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics
- Overall responsibility for taking enquiries, conversions and supervising the visas for allotted countries.Meeting the sales targets allocated for the respective countries
- Travel to other locations during events for training, road shows and sales support the other offices is mandatory as per requirement.
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.
