**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Participate in workshops to provide testing inputs and assess the required effort to understand the requirements, write test cases, and execute and document results.
- Plan and execute functional testing (ST, SIT, and UAT) throughout the Project Sprints
- Use knowledge of Guidewire to assist in brainstorming user stories
- Work with the Business (BA and SMEs) to understand requirements and develop test scenarios for each main process, alternate process, and exception process flows.
- Execute tests and coordinate with Developers accordingly to validate that features are developed as per requirements and confirm if an issue is a defect
- Monitor defects and retest as needed
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information
- Participate and contribute to scheduled Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Planning meetings
