**Position: Front Office Executive (Male/Female)**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Salary Range: 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month**

**Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.**

**2. Handle customer visits and inquiries effectively, providing information about products and services.**

**3. Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and pricing.**

**4. Maintain a neat and orderly front office area.**

**5. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.**

**7. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.**

**8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.**

**9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.**

**10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.**

**2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.**

**3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.**

**4. Proficiency in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).**

**5. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.**

**6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**7. Professional appearance and demeanor.**

**8. Flexibility to work on a laptop or desktop as required.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
