- Must have the ability to read, follow detailed Batch Production Record instructions and fill out documents.
- Verify raw material lot no’s that were pulled by Warehouse.
- Ability to accurately use platform bench scales to weigh liquid material.
- Properly load and operate the mixer to evenly distribute color or enteric coating material.
- Set up and operate equipment; if needed, adjust settings during operation.
- Perform in-process checks until the batch is complete i.e. product temp, spray speed, etc.
- Discharge coated capsules/tablets into sanitary containers and calculate yield.
- Can be exposed to allergens (such as egg powders), odors, dust or particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
- Ensure proper operation of equipment and promptly reports any concerns to management.
- Clean and sanitize equipment/mixer/hot air cabinet filters/exhaust cabinet filters prior to and/or after use; disassembling and reassembling as needed.
- Sweep/wash floors and work areas to maintain equipment and work area in a sanitary condition.
- Return unused liquid raw materials to designated areas.
- Develop strong lines of communication with other co-workers to ensure plant efficiency.
- Must wear appropriate gear: hairnets, gloves, hearing protection, dust masks, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kheda, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (preferred)
