Finance Associate- Payroll and Accounts

**Job description**:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures:
Key responsibilities:

- Involved in the Preparation of accounts (tally preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of taxes (Direct and Indirect)
- Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
- Payment / Invoice processing from Tally including E-Invoice and payment sheet.
- Basic knowledge of Provident fund and ESIC, Salary processing
- Support in legal compliance i.e., RBI regulatory requirements (CRAR, CKYC, CIBIL)
- Payroll Processing (including PF, ESI, and other labor laws)

**Job Specification**:
Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Must have experience in processing payments from the Accounting System
- Basic knowledge of GST and E-Invoicing regulations
- Working knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, Income Tax
- Hands on experience on payroll, provident fund, ESI rules
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently taking ownership or in a team environment
- Open to learning different rules and regulations
- Open to working independently such as accounting entry
