**Must Have**
- Should have business development experience of building partnerships that results in group activities at PUNO.
- Preference to a person who has an experience in handling partner relationships and from Hospitality/Event/Adventure sports industry.
- Responsible for retention of business through partners and growth by adding new partners.
- Responsible for managing end to end relationship including final sales closure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build right working relationships with clients. Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to managing, building partnerships and outreach with hotels, tempo-travellers, travel agents, schools, colleges, cafes, societies etc - a minimum of 5 appointments per day is expected
- Identify and engage key players by conducting research
- Work together with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with those of our new and existing partners
- Work within the guidelines and policies of the company when negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Ensure that our partners receive the best experience when dealing with our organization and represent our brand as well as serve as our internal partner
- Prepare forecasts, measure, and report outcomes with partners, such as co-creation and co branding content promotions
- Provide new opportunities for partnership growth and maintain excellent relationships with current partners

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
