Operation & Maintenance Coordinator

The O&M Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating routine and preventive maintenance activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation of systems, plants, or sites. The role includes managing service requests, coordinating field teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Coordinate day-to-day operation and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Monitor asset performance and escalate operational issues as needed.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for timely service execution.
Maintain accurate logs and records for service tickets, breakdowns, and maintenance history.
Ensure spare parts and tools availability for smooth operations.
Track service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, uptime, etc.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly O&M reports.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Support audits, inspections, and quality control activities.
Communicate regularly with clients/customers regarding maintenance updates and service delivery.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or relevant discipline.
2-4 years of experience in operations or maintenance coordination (preferably in Renewal Industry).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
