- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging video content for both Anand Gupta’s personal brand and the Tarashree brand, including educational segments, behind-the-scenes footage, promotional materials, and event coverage.
- **Editing**: Utilize advanced editing techniques to produce high-quality videos that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content strategist and social media manager to ensure videos complement overall content plans.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest video trends and technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in video production and editing, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion sector.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Compensation**:
