Cornerstone Therapy Solutions is a specialized centers in Bengaluru that offers pediatric therapy services. The team consists of highly skilled professionals who collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists (SLP’s), Occupational Therapists, special Educators, Psychologists and Developmental peadiatricians to provide comprehensive care for children with developmental difficulties. Since 2014, the center has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for both children and their caregivers through various therapy programs.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time role at the center only for a Speech Language therapist at Cornerstone Therapy Solutions in Bengaluru. The therapist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, assessing and treating speech,, communication disorders, language disorders and pediatric oral motor and feeding disorders. The role will involve working closely with other professionals and caregivers to provide holistic care to the children. developing an individualized therapy plan for children, training families and working collaboratively with the team

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge and passion towards working with younger and older children with multiple developmental delays and disorders.
- good communication skills are essential
- Experience in treating speech and language and oromotor disorders.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies of different treatment which are evidence based.
- knowledge of current trends and updates of the research in the field is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- additional certification in the related to field would be an advantage
- Experience working with pediatric population is a must
- Bachelor's degree who has at least a year of an experience or more or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or masters in speech language pathology would be a mandatory

we have openings in both of our branches of Thanisandra main road (GKVK road, DR SRK nagar) and Kalyannagar.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
