The Associate, Audit / Controls will be a primary resource for managing the MIS/Reporting activities and support Internal Controls activities.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

- Support the WHQ Controls and Compliance department in preparing the Monthly Internal Controls Dashboard, Quarterly Changes to Internal Controls (QCIC), s302 & s404 Representative Letter and other reports.
- To prepare NAA region monthly MIS reporting such as ARMS and CIM overdue reporting for (NAA and LAA), unassigned reconciliations for (NAA and LAA), Approval Matrix update, Branch audit documentation support, Creation of Issue tickets, Unprepared Task and other reports as requested and agreed with NAA Internal Controls Team.
- Performing and coordinate with NAA region for completing the quarterly BMC reporting.
- Conduct monthly audits of Travel and Entertainment expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and collaborate with NAA Internal Controls Team and Employees to resolve audit findings.
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for the management to provide a high-level view on the various areas of SOX and Internal Controls work.
- Identify areas of potential improvement in the activities.
- Support special projects, risk-based process reviews and new system developments, as necessary.
- Support Internal Controls activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:
B. Com / M.Com

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in Accounting or Reporting. Audit experience is an added advantage.
