**Laboratory Testing**:

- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, tissue samples, and other body fluids, following established protocols and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, and other specialized instruments to conduct tests accurately.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.

**Specimen Collection and Handling**:

- Collect patient specimens with utmost care, adhering to proper labeling and documentation to maintain sample integrity and avoid any cross-contamination.
- Prepare and store specimens for testing and subsequent disposal, following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient system for tracking and managing laboratory samples.
- Data Entry and Reporting:

- Record test results and related data accurately into the laboratory information system (LIS) or electronic medical records (EMR) for further analysis and interpretation by medical professionals.
- Prepare comprehensive and clear reports of test results, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate medical staff in a timely manner.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Perform regular quality control checks on laboratory equipment and test procedures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment to minimize potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained for uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- Assist in the procurement process of laboratory supplies and equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:
Qualification
- DMLT/ BMLT

- 2 Yr+

**Salary**: ₹15,892.14 - ₹18,000.00 per month
