Chinese Chef

**Job Title**:Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP)
**Location**: The Mahal Inn, Jamshedpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our hotel’s kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes and helping to manage the Chinese section of the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cook and present Chinese dishes to a high standard
- Support the Sous Chef and lead junior kitchen staff
- Keep your section clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help with menu planning and new dish ideas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a CDP or similar role in a Chinese kitchen
- Good knowledge of Chinese cooking (e.g. Cantonese, Sichuan, etc.)
- Able to work well under pressure and in a team
- Basic English skills are a plus
