Job Title: Site Supervisor - Civil Works

Location: Kurnool, Chetla mallapuram, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: 1-3 years in civil construction execution

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site
- Ensure execution aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager
- Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently
- Maintain site safety protocols and ensure PPE compliance
- Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery
- Maintain site documentation including work logs, attendance, and inspection records
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in civil site execution (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and team management skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws and site compliance norms
- Must be native of Kurnool or nearby Area
