**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and admission goals.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software.
- Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and career fairs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve conversions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive student relationship.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Education, or Communication).
- Proven track record in sales or counselling (education industry preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
