Sourcing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with

vendors to gather information on new products, product updates, and stock availability.

Regularly liaise with vendors to ensure timely updates on catalog listings.

Catalog Updates: Update the admin console system with accurate and detailed information

received from vendors regarding product catalogs. Ensure that all product information, such as

descriptions, specifications, and pricing, is up-to-date and reflects the latest offerings.

Stock Monitoring: Continuously monitor and track stock levels of products in collaboration with

vendors. Proactively update the admin console system to reflect changes in stock availability,

including identifying and managing out-of-stock products and replenishment timelines.

Vendor Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and

assess vendor performance based on factors such as product quality, delivery timelines, and

responsiveness. Provide feedback to vendors and work towards improving overall vendor

performance.

Price Negotiation: Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favorable pricing and

terms with vendors. Analyze market trends, conduct price comparisons, and leverage

relationships to secure competitive pricing for products.

Quality Control: Work closely with vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards for the

products sourced. Conduct periodic quality checks and audits to maintain consistent quality

across the product catalog.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors to facilitate effective

communication, foster long-term partnerships, and drive mutual growth opportunities. Stay

informed about industry trends and maintain knowledge of market dynamics.

Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings,

process improvements, and vendor consolidation. Provide insights and recommendations to

optimize sourcing strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inventory management,

marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on catalog updates, stock availability, and

product launches. Coordinate efforts to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related

field (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within

the fashion or retail industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and admin console platforms
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Knowledge of sourcing best practices and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
