With reference to your CV in Naukri, We have requirement for the below position in Prestigious Real Estate Company.

Position - **Project Architect**

Location - Bengaluru

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare concept planning to check on feasibility of the requirement in the available land bank.
- Present options on the requirement along with Basic Planning & sketches.
- Prepare Area statements (Built-up area, Carpet area, lease area etc) and check on efficiencies in line with industry benchmark.
- Prepare As built drawings for any changes / upgradations in the existing buildings.
- Prepare or coordinate with Design consultants to get Marketing plans of new buildings being constructed in line with leasing team requirements.
- Review of MIS reports from consultants /contractors and responsible for Authenticity of data and presenting it to Management in internal meetings.
- Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Day shift
