The **Graphic Designer** will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into engaging visual designs that communicate the brand message effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop marketing materials such as **social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and packaging**.
- Create visually attractive **digital creatives, reels, infographics, and ad creatives** for campaigns.
- Work on **branding concepts**, logos, and identity development.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.
- Edit and enhance **photos and videos** for promotional use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with accuracy and creativity.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)**:

- Basic understanding of **UI/UX principles** is an added advantage.
- Good sense of **color combinations, typography, and visual balance**.
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative concepts.
- Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of printing processes and digital formats.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- **Portfolio**: Must showcase previous design work (mandatory for shortlisting).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
