Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Infield Marketing) F&B, FMCG

Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential partners in the target market, including but not limited to bars, chemist shops, and wine shops.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Mumbai market dynamics, competition, and consumer behavior.

Establish and manage strong relationships with potential and existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact.

Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with the company's strategic goals and financial objectives.

Drive the implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring successful execution and ongoing satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop co-marketing initiatives and promotional strategies with partners.

Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to senior management, contributing to the company's strategic planning.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product and its USP to effectively promote it to prospective partners.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to represent Goodlands and cultivate relationships.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles.

Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals, preferably within the FMCG, health & wellness, or alcohol industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.

Strong understanding of the Mumbai market, especially in terms of bars, chemist shops, and wine shops.

Fluent in English and local languages.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to travel frequently within Mumbai and potentially other regions as necessary.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
