- Roles and Responsibility
- Job ProfileFS&AFinance Support - OTC PTP- Experience : 2 years to 9 yearsApplication Analysis- Ability to analyze business domain knowledge, perform requirements analysis, and develop business domain process models. Analyzes for improvements, develops investment decisions, designs and performs product verification & validation.Data Analysis- Ability to perform data analysis. Ability to assess requirements and select appropriate algorithms. Ability to evaluate the performance of the models. Ability to interpret data analysis results.Finance Integration Knowledge- Knowledge of Finance disciplines and tasks performed by various Boeing Finance processes and the interaction between department/disciplines and how their products and processes are used by and affect on another. Applies independent expertise to a wide range of business objectives.Communication- Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.Developing Others- Plans and supports the development of individuals' skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectively. Provides on-going developmental feedback.
