**Role Overview**:
As an Interior Designer at Kickly Kick, you will play a critical role in designing and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing workspaces that align with our brand identity. You will be responsible for planning layouts, selecting furniture, and ensuring that all design solutions meet the needs of a fast-paced digital workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Space Planning & Design**: Develop and execute creative, efficient layouts for office spaces, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- **Project Management**: Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- **Material & Furniture Selection**: Recommend and source appropriate furniture, fixtures, and materials aligned with project goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with company leadership to understand design needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
- **3D Visualization**: Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D renders to visualize design concepts for review and approval.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to bring design concepts to life.
- **Budgeting**: Ensure all design projects stay within the allocated budget without compromising on quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that designs meet building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in commercial interior design (office design preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of furniture design, materials, and construction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
