**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products.
- Assess the financial needs of customers and suggest appropriate loan options.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide detailed information.
- Maintain a database of contacted Customers and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Handle Customers inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections & Recovery Tele calling.
- Experience in collections and handling large volumes of Collections & Recovery Customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Any Degree** is a must.
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan products preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
