Key Responsibilities:

- **Admissions Process**:

- Provide detailed information to prospective students and parents about the school's offerings, curriculum, extra-curricular activities, and admission procedures.
- Assist with the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment, including handling inquiries, coordinating tours, scheduling interviews, and facilitating document submissions.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and families to guide them through the selection of appropriate courses and programs.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Address and resolve any queries or concerns raised by prospective students or parents in a timely and professional manner.
- **Marketing & Outreach**:

- Participate in school events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the school and attract prospective students.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, brochures, and digital content to enhance the school’s visibility and attract new students.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance the school’s online presence and admissions outreach.
- **Admissions Data Management**:

- Monitor and manage the entire admissions database, ensuring all information is entered correctly and securely.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the school’s academic, administrative, and finance departments to ensure smooth processing of admission documents, fee structures, and student information.
- Coordinate with other departments for the smooth onboarding of new students.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing orientation programs for new students and their families.
- Keep abreast of developments in educational trends, admission requirements, and changes in the educational landscape to keep prospective families well-informed.
- Provide feedback on the admission process and suggest improvements for better efficiency and service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in admissions or customer service, preferably in an educational institution.
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving ability and the capability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

- Customer-focused with a passion for helping students and parents.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling student and family data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
