**Job Title: HRBP Associate / Executive**
**Location: Jaipur**
**Employment Type: Off-role**
**Working Days: 6 days a week (Work from Office**)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Induction & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between operations and client HR for people-related matters.
- Admin & Facility Support: Oversee basic administrative responsibilities such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and office up keep.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of HR experience in a BPO or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
