**Roles and Responsibilities**

Position: Payroll Manager-WFO

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

**Job Description**:
Orcapod has a substantial presence in the General & IT recruitment and Staffing business. We have a large number of prestigious clients in the General/Non-IT Professional Services Staffing business. We are looking for professionals with proven capability to handle the transition of employees from Client/other vendor payroll to Orcapod Payroll from General/Non-IT Professional Services Staffing industry catering to Top Class client base. Participate and manage the initial transition from new clients as per Orcapod Methodology and quickly stabilize operations to business and usual.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collate data from payroll sources.
- Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
- Supervise and direct payroll team.
- Direct payroll teams workload to meet deadlines.
- Administer benefit plans.
- Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll.
- Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Review payroll policies and amend procedures when required.
- Oversee the preparation of payroll related documents.
- Organise current employee data systems.
- Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations.
- Maintain accurate account balances.
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits related as such.
- Resolve issues relating to payroll production.
- Handling Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Reimbursement of 1000+ headcount

Qualifications:
Graduation and MBA from good universities is preferred

Competencies:

- Should have good amount of experience working in established and good quality organizations
- Excellent presentation, Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead and engage with all stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of Payroll, Statutory compliance, Employee Lifecycle Management
