**Responsibilities**:
Track inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and identify potential stockouts and surpluses.
Select carriers, negotiate rates, book shipments, and track deliveries.
Monitor shipments, address delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork.
Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
Proactively identify and address any problems that may arise during the transportation and storage of goods.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics activities.
Remain informed about current logistics regulations, best practices, and technological advancements.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
