**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Hydra Facial and Laser services.
- Educate potential and existing clients about skincare treatments, benefits, packages, and procedures.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Explain pre
- and post-treatment care to clients.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth scheduling and client handling.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company protocols during all client interactions.
- Upsell related services or packages when appropriate.
- Provide after-service support and collect feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a tele calling or telesales role, preferably in skincare, beauty, or healthcare.
- Good knowledge of Hydra Facial and Laser treatments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with targets and follow-up schedules.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
