**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure product quality.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing to maintain product stability.
- Ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Document test results, prepare test reports, and share findings with the team.
- Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements.

**Required Skills**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in **Manual Testing**.
- Strong knowledge of **SDLC & STLC** processes.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Good understanding of **functional, regression, integration, and UI testing**.
- Familiarity with **bug tracking tools** (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to **API testing** (Postman).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Understanding of Automation Testing concepts.
