We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Bengali Mocktail Maker to join our team.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Mocktail Preparation**: Craft a variety of Bengali-inspired mocktails, ensuring authenticity and quality in every beverage.
- **Ingredient Knowledge**: Utilize and maintain a deep understanding of traditional Bengali ingredients and flavors, incorporating them into mocktail recipes.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to guests, offering recommendations and personalized mocktail experiences.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen and bar areas.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage the stock of mocktail ingredients, ensuring fresh and quality supplies.
- **Recipe Development**: Assist in developing new mocktail recipes and improving existing ones based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in preparing mocktails, with a preference for experience in Bengali cuisine or related areas.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in mixing and crafting beverages, with a strong understanding of Bengali flavors and traditional ingredients.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create unique and visually appealing mocktail presentations.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
