**Overview**
- To provide the assistance to the Principal in the day - to day activities in an organized & confidential manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day transactional activities of the Principal.
- Scheduling & setting up travel, meetings, calendar and other appointments for the Principal
- Organizing & maintaining files & records.
- Preparing & formatting information for internal & external distribution.
- Also work as a part of HR team to coordinate the work at the campus. To help the HR team in recruitment, induction and other engagement activities.
- Partner with teachers and other departments to help in school functioning
- Assist the teachers in the school events.

**Skills Description**
- Bachelor’s Degree OR MBA
- 2 yrs of experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary role
- Good Communication skills along with hands experience of computer & Tech Savy
