Production Supervisor

1) Ensure production schedules are met, optimize production processes, and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.

2) Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations

3) Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

4) Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

5) Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

6) Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff

7) Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime Analyze production costs, identify cost drivers, and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality.

8) Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

9) Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

10)Participating in plant expansion, equipment Repair or replace plant equipment as needed

11)Monitoring and testing various plant processes

12)Developing a preventive maintenance programmed

13)Setting performance goals and expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saoner, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Production planning: 2 years (preferred)

- Hindi,English,Marathi (preferred)
