Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into the company’s database systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Verify and correct data errors and inconsistencies.

Perform data quality checks and maintain data integrity.

Generate and review reports as needed.

Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with database management and data entry procedures.

Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
