**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Create visual content, including images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
- Optimise content for SEO and engagement metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for content development.
- Engage with our audience on social media platforms to build a community and increase engagement.
- Track and analyse content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative content projects.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company (e.g., fashion, technology, finance).
- Advanced skills in graphic design and video production.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
