**Primary Responsibilities**
- Outbound call - Will assign the Location
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.

**Profile Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 to 2 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information.
- Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
- Physical abilities.

**Required Skill**:

- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, good command over English language
- Should be an excellent team player
- Should be conversant with the marketing concepts such as segmentation, targeting and positioning as well as various marketing communication methodologies

Salary ; 35,000 - 45,000

Location : Banglore

**Language**: English, Hindi, Marathi
