Troubleshooting machine issues
- Assisting with repairs
- Immediately attend Breakdown.
- Maintaining equipment & machinery
- Ordering tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired for machinery
- Developing maintenance policies and procedures
- Organizing and leading maintenance trainings
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Leading safety inspections at worksites
- Developing and maintaining a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans
- Implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all daily operations
- Checking sites frequently for issues and required maintenance
- Managing the training and professional development of the operators. Motivating and evaluating them.
- Ensure maintenance logbooks and history card filled in daily routine activity.
- Get the work done within prescribed time, as assigned.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning as per AMP and Execution.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery, Grinding machine, Conventional Lathe will be an added advantage.

**Qualification & Experience & Skills Required**
- B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in repairing, servicing, and maintaining equipment in a similar environment.
- Previous experience with technical engineering in maintaining and repairing machinery to operational standards.
- Experience in maintenance of precision measuring instruments and CNC machinery.
- Ability to solve problem.
