**Position**: Graphic Designer (Print Industry)

**Location**: Meerut

**Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualize and Design**:Develop visually appealing and effective designs for print materials, including brochures, banners, posters, packaging, and promotional items.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

**Prepress and Production**:Prepare print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to print specifications.
Work closely with printers and production teams to oversee the printing process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

**Brand Consistency**:Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all print collateral to ensure a cohesive and professional brand image.
Work collaboratively with marketing teams to ensure designs align with overall brand strategy.

**Software Proficiency**:Expertise in industry-standard design software, including CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project workflows.

**Qualifications**:
**Education: 12th Pass**

**Experience**:Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on print materials.
Familiarity with the print production process and prepress requirements.

**Skills**:Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in design work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Portfolio**:A diverse and compelling portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CorelDraw: 4 years (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop: 4 years (preferred)
- Design: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
